We are a company who specialise in cleaning and restoration products for all natural stone. We have a cleaning shop for the sale of stone care products, including stone sealers and cleaners.

Privacy Policy

We have to request such information such as name, delivery address and contact information in order to process your order and send you the goods you order. Your delivery address, name and telephone number will then be passed to the delivery companies so they can affect delivery of the products you purchase, however we do not keep hold of your financial information and this is not passed on to any delivery companies.

We do not store your financial information, debit or credit card numbers. For payments on-line you are passed from our website to Mals e commerce shopping basket and then over to Paypal or No-Chex, which is a secure and safe way for you to pay for your products.

Telephone orders are processed using paypal’s virtual terminal and we do not keep your credit or debit card details on record.

For your absolute safety your financial information is not shared with any other parties, other than those listed above.

Delivery

Delivery is a standard delivery, and normally takes 5 to 10 days (excluding Saturday or Sunday) to reach you. Delivery is charged at a flat fee, which is attached to each order regardless of quantity or weight. The delivery charge is clearly stated at the checkout before you agree to make a payment. For delivery charges to Ireland, The Channel Islands or any other area, other than the UK mainland please call us or email us for a quote on shipping the goods.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts offered at the checkout are for customers who order on-line only. 

Returns

We do not accept returns as every order is manufactured for each customer. However any defective product will be replaced. We must be contacted within three days of signing for the products. Otherwise we will not replace the products. This does not affect your statuary rights.

Cancellations of orders can only be affected if the goods have not yet been dispatched.
